How do they decide how much a father will pay in child support if he is self employed? PLEASE HELP!?
My baby's father is self employed and claims that he knows how to hide money so I will get the bare minimum to care for our child if I decide to file for child support. He makes a lot of money. In just one account he has any where form $15,000 to $25,000 going in and out of the account every month for his business and personal expenses. He's only claimed on his taxes to have made like $20,000 for the whole year and will show that to the judge and they will only say he has to pay me minimum wage. He is a very selfish man. He cries broke all the time while going on cruises and buying large flat screen tvs just so that he won't have to help me with our son. He claims to love our son but he's a horrible person. So my question, how do they determine how much he will pay. I don't want to screw him over I just want what I feel is fair in helping me care for our son. I swiped some of his account statements that shows him spending hundreds of dollars every month at restaurants, bars and a few grand on a cruise to the bahamas all while crying "broke". Will they take that into account if I show his bank statements? We are in SC if it makes a difference.

Should i be mad at her?
I just found out my girlfriend is going online and selling her used underwear. She is posting pictures of her wearing them and everything, but she has no idea that I know..... I even made an account and started messaging her, just to show how creepy those kind of people can get. That account requested her REAL name on facebook, which i was in the room while she read it and she was extremely nervous, but added a specific item for the bidder nonetheless. Should i come out and tell her I know, or just let her make some money..?
